Warren Luke trained British army soldiers to drive
One of the specialist military vehicles that some of Warrens students aimed to operate

Prior to joining the Metropolitan Police and before he became an advanced police driver, Warren successfully passed the government approved driving instructor qualification (A.D.I car) and after further extensive examination became a Gold graded member of the Royal Society For The Prevention Of Accidents (ROSPA).

Owing to his extensive driving qualifications and experience Warren was selected to fulfil a critical British army contract, delivering safety and driver training to specialist soldiers. The training was around vehicular operation and advanced procedures for risk minimization.

Soldiers who reached the required standards could then progress to pre-specified battle vehicles. Thus, Warrens role helped raise military vehicle capabilities for the British Army.
